This is an old clip of a Songhay (Zarma) dance from Tillaberi, Niger, West Africa. The clip was taped off Nigerien TV by Ahmed. Instruments are a tsiriki  a traditional flute, a gooje a traditional fiddle (in Songhay njarka), and a dondoŋ a talking drum
