A video shot on the fourth day of the 34^th edition of the traditional wrestling games in Niamey, Niger.

For the first time since 1975, the beginning of the games, someone won the final without a final. Alio Salaou of the Zinder regio became champion as he won his semi-final against Aboubacar Yacouba of the Niamey region and there were only losers in the other semi-final. Yacouba Adamou, also of the Niamey regio, and Abdoulaye Moussa of the Maradi region fought for 45 minutes. They both stood firm and the regulations prescribe that in such a case both wrestlers have lost the fight.

At these games, 80 wrestlers attended in total; this is 10 per region. A complete list of finalist since 1975 is given here.
